Staff complain about first aid training every year!
You lose a whole day of productivity every year and wonder if there's a better way.
Staff are stuck watching hours of the same boring online videos every year, when they know the stuff already.
First aid trainers show up late or not at all, are unorganised, unprofessional, and uninspiring!
Getting replies, certificates, and reports from your training provider is like pulling teeth!
You've used the same provider for years and feel like it's time for a change.
We get it, and we can help!

Fast sessions
Our X-press sessions cut training time by focussing on essential skills, visual aids, and none of the waffle!

Hands-on fun
More equipment, more practice, super fun scenarios and team building interaction!

Easy e-learning
Enjoy easy, self-paced pre-session online theory questions with optional videos and materials if needed.

Simple booking
Simply choose your course type and date, then pay a deposit based on rough numbers & you're all set!

Better pricing
Only pay for those who attend — plus large groups enjoy a free onsite follow-up session for staff that couldn't attend.
All our first aid and CPR courses are nationally recognised and delivered on behalf of our RTO partner ABC First Aid RTO #3399. We also deliver nationally recognised fire warden and fire extinguisher courses, however our most popular fire training format is fully customised non-accredited training because it is more relevant, time-efficient and cost effective for workplaces, while still meeting WHS compliance.
Standard session durations for our most popular courses are as follows:
First Aid (w/ CPR): 2.5 hrs
CPR: 1 hr
LVR (w/ CPR): 1.5 hrs
Note: Session duration may vary depending on requirements, breaks and the experience-level of participants.
We can deliver onsite training at your workplace or suitable venue anywhere in South East Queensland, including:
Brisbane and Greater Brisbane
Gold Coast
Sunshine Coast
Redlands
Moreton Bay
Toowoomba
If you're still unsure, give us call our complete the contact form and we'll confirm your suitability.
How many participants are required for a group booking?
Our minimum onsite booking fee is equal to 10 participants. If you have less than 10, we can still come out and train your team, but you will be charged the minimum fee.
How is training billed?
It's quite simple. Once the course type and date of training is confirmed, we issue a booking invoice equal to our minimum onsite fee for the course, or 50% of expected numbers as a deposit, which ever is greater. Once payment is received, your booking is secured.
After the training, we invoice for any remaining attendees not covered by the initial invoice.
That means that for groups of more than 10, you only pay for team members who actually attend. There is no charge for team members who enrolled and started the online learning, but could not attend the session, as long as minimum numbers are reached.
Providing all online tasks are complete and the participant is successful in the practical assessments, PDF certificates will be issued via email to the participant and the company on the same day or day after training (within 48 hours).
Do you offer public courses for individuals?
Yes! We specialise in workplace teams with onsite training only.
